Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the part must be unused and must not have been installed, mounted, or altered in any way. It must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective foam, bags, or labels. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Electrical items, special orders, and clearance parts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Parts that show signs of installation, damage, wear, or grease will not be accepted.

To start a return, contact us at info@toyo-steering.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns will be refunded less a 30% restocking and handling fee, and only within 30 days of the original date of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@toyo-steering.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, wheel bearings, spindles, and cooling kits. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (following the return process above). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
