This is our all-new billet Tundra steering rack conversion kit, it has been redesigned from the ground up to fix the shortcomings of the old rack and deliver the strongest, most reliable steering solution on the market. 

Built for serious off-roaders running oversized tires and long travel, this kit provides OEM+ reliability with the precision of a fully CNC-machined billet housing.

This is the ultimate steering rack upgrade if you’re running big tires, lockers, and demanding terrain. 

Billet Design Highlights:

• Mount bushings made to tightly fit frame
• Supporting bronze bushings to protect the seals from damage
• Optional 3rd mount to prevent the rack from pitching
• 3-piece design allows seal condition to be verified before and during assembly
• OEM Intermediate Shaft can be reused

Fitment Notes:

• The A-arm length "+x.xx" option is only for aftermarket long travel A-arms that extend track width. A 3” lift alone does not require this option — choose stock length if you’re on factory or mid-travel arms.
