GX470 Heim/Clevis Tie Rods

Description:

These are custom Heim & Clevis tie rods that improve performance compared to the stock tie rods. If you have oversized tires and/or lockers this is a solution to resist tie rod failure when crawling or climbing. Sold as a pair. 

The kit includes:

• Custom Clevis and Bolt 
• 7075 Aluminum Tie Rods
• FK Rod Ends JMX12T heims with jam nuts
• Low Profile 12-point Hardware
• Misalignment spacers for JD Fab Double Shear Kit
  

The A-Arm length "+x.xx" option is only for trucks with aftermarket long travel A-arms that extend track width. A 3” lift alone does not require this option. Choose stock length if you’re on factory or mid-travel arms.

Install Information

This heim outer setup is not a direct bolt-on to a stock knuckle. The factory knuckle must be modified (drilled/double sheared) to accept the new heim outer.
We can service your knuckles in-house or supply pre-made knuckle to match this kit. Knuckles must be shipped to us for service.
